We’ll custom cut your order and have it wrapped, packed, and shipped to your liking. “Express” and “Standard” orders are shipped frozen. Shipment days are Monday through Wednesday. “Local” pick-up is also available on Thursdays, and is made fresh. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.
